I have been on a self-improvement journey all my life, and I’ve racked up quite a collection of retreat certifications, having experienced everything from a variety of traditional energy work used by tribal folks around the world, including plant medicines, touch therapy, psychological counselling and coaching, and many other modalities both revered and poo-pooed by society at large.
The crux is that every modality essentially follows similar premises. Every goal is realised by steady and consistent effort made towards said goal. Every journey to anywhere starts with a single step. But you have to take the next step as well, and then another one, and another. The process is simple. Keep stepping in the direction of your goal. The implementation is a little more tricky, especially when one isn’t sure whether they’re really heading in the right direction or what the next step is, or doesn’t have the energy or ability to take that next step.

I will help you stay true to your goals, with practical processes to keep you energised, excited, and on track as you learn how to habitualise a good life. With check-ins, regular process work, regular evaluations, and coaching on demand, we will complete those thousand steps, one gentle baby step at a time.
