Ka Huna, a Hawaiian influenced form of healing body work, is the primary form of massage that I engage with, entwining elements of other modalities into the sessions to create a cohesive, flexible and unique treatment. A brief introduction to Ka Huna by my teacher, Anthea Hardwick, followed by a two-hander demonstration with Anthea and myself may be viewed below.
I have been on my Ka Huna journey for well over twelve years, and continue to enjoy the occasional immersion into a retreat and pampering bodywork session.
